If an organization makes a lot of promises but doesn’t follow through, customers will think it’s untrustworthy. Customers will no longer be loyal, and the company will suffer as a result. It’s also possible that the company would develop a bad image. Customers may not return to the store and avoid purchasing goods from the company if the relationship between them is not stable. the example would be fast food company that sometime create advertising that is not really same with the reality.
